A Little More About Me

 My family and I have embraced the West Coast of the US, splitting up time near Seattle on Bainbridge Island, WA  and Southern California. When not at work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, two children, and our dog enjoying outdoor adventures like skiing and hiking or a simple family game night (maybe Jenga or original Mario Bros). We root for the Seahawks as well as my Marshall University Thundering Herd at every live event we can attend. I am an avid automotive enthusiast as well, and spend time collecting, working on, and occasionally racing interesting cars. 

As a life long learner that enjoys building new skills through formal education and real life experience. Life is continuous self discovery and sharing those discoveries to support others is fulfilling, which is why I am equally happy to share lessons learned from both failures and successes with others. 

I am a candid executive, with a drive for experimentation. I have more than 20 years of experience across some of the most recognized and successful  companies in the world, such as Coinbase, Amazon, Target, Best Buy. My experience consists of developing and leading customer focused teams exceeding 4k people with greater than $500MM in operating expenses across both technical and operational business strategies. 

My leadership spans multiple industries including Blockchain, E-Commerce, Logistics, Retail, and Wireless. I deliver results by establishing trust, vision, and. empowering teams to work backwards from the needs of the customer.
